Hi, I'm Italian and I've been following you for a while. My GF is from Nepal and I'm curios to understand the Nepali cuisine. Unfortunately I ended up in this video and I can say that it's not Italian pasta. I saw other recipe of italian pasta worse than this. My advice as an Italian is to boil the pasta in water and salt (no oil). The timing is right! When you drain the pasta, do not wet it with cold water. As for the sauce, I suggest you try cooking some oil in a pan, add a little minced garlic and fresh or powdered chilli pepper and then put the pasta and serve like this, without any other ingredients.
