I don't think the public realizes what a master piece this song "Mon amour" is: the apparent "simplicity" of the lyrics is tremendously powerful and is mainly achieved by the nuances and the subtleness of Slimane's voice. As a Parisian woman with a trilingual gift, French/Spanish/English languages, this song touched my heart in a very special manner. I will not be disappointed if France does not win ESC2024 because I am so fulfilled that this song was ever created. Thank you for your reaction.

as a french person, it's rare when we have someone who's already famous at Eurovision. Slimane started with The Voice show, then made plenty of great songs. he's not only a singer but also a writer and composer. for example you can check "des milliers de je t'aime" his last song that was a hit too and where we can hear his vocal range as well.

Je suis belge, et j'adore Slimane. Mais effectivement je suis d'avis qu'il a fait de meilleures chansons que celle ci ( même si elle reste très belle). En tout cas, d'autres de ses chansons m'ont donné des frissons et beaucoup d'émotions mais pas celle ci. :/ .
