Great images and video from Greenland, looked like an amazing trip, I am not that adventurous when it comes to food, so raw seal liver and blubber would be a no for me. Hope Brendan didn't loose all his seal friends🤣👍👍😎
To me this video is exactly what travel photography trips should be ..yes go for the images but also respect and interact with the locals and culture, very nicely done Greg 👍👍
Great series of images Greg and easy to see why it has the attraction of a travel photography destination. Very much enjoyed seeing a small part of an otherwise unknown country
Thank you so much for sharing the lovely video and presentation of Assaqutaq, where my father and my ancestors were born, and it's a great picture you've made. Not least the "taste of Greenland" is one of the best 👍 good work 🙏
Glad you made it back this year with a group of photographers :) I live in one of those "Lego houses" you took a picture of from Sallinguit :P And Assaqutaq is one of my favourite places for photography
Hi good to hear from you. Is this Lisa Germany? I think it might be. If so thanks for all the work you guys did on the trail. It's great to see such dedication. I look forward to returning one day for the full ACT.
@@ocskaym it’s an awesome spot. I want to go back and spend more time exploring inside the houses. Be good to camp there overnight too. Perfect spot for Northern Lights.
I grew up eating lots of seal on the east coast of Canada. It's very good for you. If only the animal activists had a brain and understood this. The seal population is out of control with 9-10 million on the east coast of Canada alone. So many starving people in the world would benefit from the benefits of seal meal. Rich in iron and protein. Animal activists always promote false information about seals because they are considered cute and cuddly. No one seems to go after KFC, McDonalds etc for all the chickens or cattle they kill. The seals are destroying the ecosystem. This was not meant to be a educational comment but good for you Greg to show how some people live in this world not surrounded by malls and fast food restaurants all while showing how beautiful these areas are with photography. Awesome video. Cheers.
Fantastic series of images of an amazing looking land, loved the interaction with the summer camp kids.
Keep 'em coming mate 👍
Would you try raw seal liver and blubber? In this situation, I think most of you would.
Kind of wish I did that day. Filled with regret. 🦭
No. End of story.
@@hollyhuss936 don’t be. You were there and that says a lot ☺️🇬🇱📷🐦🔥
Very nice! I love the interaction with the kids. It is always a treat for them and us.

Great adventures Greg. The kids had amazing smiles. Always enjoy
Amazing eh! That was a great bonus experience for sure. We had no idea the camp was happening that week.
Some great images there. I think I'll pass on the saw seal liver and the blubber. That's orca food. 🐳
Carry on. 👍🥂
One of your best, if not the best posts and your images are stellar.
Wow!! Thank you :) That means a lot coming from you Vincent. Cheers man.
Very, very interesting, Greg, and so many gorgeous images. Very respectful of you to try the seal!

@@gregorsnell Yep :) It's me. We look forward to welcoming you back onto the trail at some point in the (hopefully) near future.
That abandoned village stuck in my memory since the last time you were here, such a fascinating place! And beautiful images as always! 😉

@@gregorsnell Wooow, yes, imagine the northern lights above the buildings... 🤩
Brendan had thoughts of a Snickers chewing seal liver hahaha. Photos superbola!

As a foodie, I would definitely have to try it if I was offered it here. It would be rude not to do so! The photos at the end are absolutely amazing!
