First of all...i love watching your vlogs ! You have amazing tips and i just miss the south...i live in Germany now, from Tallahassee. Just one little tip from me...just a thought not negativity...we need to stop using so much plastic. Where are those plastic bags going? In Europe we use reusable bags. I always have them in my car. Since living in Europe i just notice now how much Americans use plastic and waste....i used to do the same. Thanks for your vlogs !

I don’t know if you decided to stop using the pill or not but that might be the reason for your acne flaring up recently!
The pill is sometimes used to control acne and your body may just be figuring out what to do now because the hormones in the pill aren’t controlling your acne anymore!
Your body will probably figure it out but if you see a derm and you did go off the pill make sure to mention that!

Please please please I would go see an Esthetician instead of a derm. Often times, derms don’t take the time to put together a skincare routine for your skin type. They will either prescribe you retinol or give you the option to go on accutane (which both may not work) *speaking from experience* It is peel season, I would get a chemical peel to help clear up your skin and minimize any pigmentation and work with your esthetician to see which products work best for you. I would look for an Esthetician that carries Glymed Plus, Face Reality both brands have amazing chemical peels. Best of luck ❤
I feel like she probably needs a retinol or a tretenoin/benzoyl peroxide type of deal because she seems to be experiencing super deep hormonal acne that can’t come to the surface so those tend to penetrate deeper but I feel like a combo of derm and esthetician is definitely a good idea because if she uses what I said above she’s going to purge and the esthetician will help with that!
