I have to say - ROcket Leage content creator community is SOLID. I cant recall many games where if you do a video with remotely the same idea as someone else, you shout them out. I see it constantly in RL videos and it SICK!!! :}
as a champ, i can safely say we still do some of these. i always get teammates or opponents air dribbling ball into their own net forgetting that the opponent side is on opposite side lol. i also see a lot of people whiffing the easiest shots and saves but hitting the hardest ones
plat is really wild, been there last season. It's eighter one of your best game with insane shots and saves or you play like the ultimate bronze and there is no middle
One thing that makes this really hard for plat (and particularly high plat / low diamond) is that lots of players at those levels have one or two things they're pretty good at - particularly things you can practice on your own. A remember at those ranks meeting a lot of players who could do a decent air dribble, or a good ground dribble, or shoot accurately from a lot of the pitch, but often lacked in other areas instead. It could be a real crapshoot working out what your teammates and opponents were and weren't good at.

For the controller disconected are you sure thats the case? Whenever mine disconect it doesn't continue rolling it just stop. Looks more as if he left the room with the controller on the couch or something with the forward button slightly pressed.
Every time I get a DC and I'm accelerating, the car gets stuck in drive until it reconnects. If I'm boosting, it will carry on and drain the tank too. It locks in whichever input was happening at the time and acts like the buttons are still being held down, until the controller reregisters and tells the game that the button is now up.
I was the player who had his controller disconnect. It actually happened, I was boosting and it dc'ed which kept boost and drive held down. I actually didn't even see the play happening because i was reconnecting the controller, which is why after the goal im not driving anymore (controller reconnected)
Have ever done or thought about doing a “Close One!” type series like you do with “calculated.” Goals that came so close to going in but didn’t like a zero second goal that touches just before the goal

Yes it was! I did find a few there. Unfortunately with many people not having rank roles set properly on my discord it was hard to find many plat clips. Also I required replay files which basically cut out any console player.
One thing I've come to the realization being a high plat low diamond is that no real plat can airdribble. If you can air dribble you are not a plat. I can barely ground dribble.
Man I`m 100% not that much better than plat if at all mechanicalwise, but the fact that all are ballchasers or sth like that I`ve never seen, especially when i play duo with friends we're always rotating n stuff...so is my driving skill holding me back or what xd And idk...but the way they are moving around and "jumping/flying" is way worse than anything i've seen in plat 1-3 lobbies
You do realize I tried to pick the worst/weirdest possible clips for this and it is not an example of what plat looks like on a consistent basis? In fact, I could have probably found pretty much the same quality of clip in Champ or GC, this happens to everyone.
