Well, modded is not the word I'd use 😿😸 more of a Game Mode, even you play on PS4 you can keep track of your caps yourself I'm planning on more gamemodes too, thank u for the idea btw :)
I really appreciate videos like this, I'm a big fan of self imposed restrictions and you made this very entertaining as well 😆 I've been doing it on my 4 characters to keep it interesting between them. Slytherin (Edward Gallow) - He only uses the 5 damage spells and unforgivable curses with concentration 3 on all gear. Hufflepuff (Milla Sundance) - She only uses all 3 plants and maxima and thunderbrew potions with herbology 3 on all gear. Gryffindor (Samantha Salvo) - She uses stealth with accio, depulso, arresto momentum and glacius. I'm still undecided on the trait. Ravenclaw (undecided) - He will use any and all spells, but will focus strictly on countering enemy spells with his own and will have strongest trait that increases ancient magic gain on all gear. I've also imposed restrictions such as having only certain upgrades to protego depending on character, some not using ancient magic etc. of course, there's still room for improvement and tinkering and I'm open to any and all suggestions! I totally agree with you, this takes the game at its roots. I sort of played the way you suggested in ravenclaw talented, for example I learnt all unforgivable curses to know them but i never used them in fights

Of course! This is the kind of respect and thought that should of made it into the game. Developers nowadays are getting so lazy with games and water down the source material to make it approachable to the biggest audience to drive profit. There seems to be very little passion to games today
They did a fantastic job at way too many things. But I'm glad that they got so much profit out of reaching this big of an audience. Cause I'm not sure that Legacy 2 is going to be the REAL game the potterhead devs were trying to make. It was supposed to be out two years before 2023, just IMAGINE how much pressure WB have put into them. Then look at the switch release. I see a real effort and passion that will be worth it for everyone soon
@@roxiesayspew I think they did an OK job, graphically and the combat is really good. What I would of liked to see are better writing and more memorable characters and side quests. The main quest was ok but pretty boring.

Or at least something new that we could chase after! It's such a great game and I'd love to see more added to it! And like you mentioned, it's truly a good foundation for a sequel 🤩
Nice video, i am sure people who are competitive, like challenges and all this try hard playstyle will enjoy doing this stuff. As for me i finished the game 100% 4 times 1 for every house, finished all 45 achievements and i heave over 200 hours of playing so i might return to the game once the exclusive quest for PS drops to PC as well to do it and after that i will wait for the sequel of the game many people wanted a DLC but i am not a fan of small DLC payed, if its free it works but the best for me is if a game as potential like hogwarts to grow it needs sequels not DLC that are kind of a cash grab in my eyes cuz if a DLC drops for 25-30$ that's half the base game's price and to be worth it must be as big as half of the game and i don't think there's even 1 game in existence that made big DLC/expansions of that size.

I'd like to offer the constructive criticism that the title of this video is definitely clickbait. There is no secrt New Game+ mode built into Hogwarts Legacy; this is something YOU invented yourself. Please don't illude your viewers with a title that is essentially a false promise, it is a disrespect to them, and is not a good long-term strategy for the growth of your channel.
When I created this I had in mind the feature that everybody throws off but is built into the game, that are the first equipments you get. They're the only way to add difficulty and is missed by very much every player. Originally the thumbnail said "Secret Difficulty" but I opted for new game + because sometimes it has extra difficulty modes on it I don't plan on growing the channel, but, I would love to take a suggestion from you! What do you think suits best than "Secret New Game +"? I promise I'll change it!

😹 you'll the hang of it, besides, the only issues are going to be the higher leveled enemies. Whenever you're playing a story missions, enemies are leveled down to match yours. Also, stealth is going to be your best friend, as well as gravity xD

Protego Totalus breaks shields? With that talent that reflects two weapons or magic back at the enemies?
Yeah! One of the last core talents is that a Perfect Block breaks enemy shields!
