I love the Toy Animatronics to, but my favourites are the Original FNAF 1 Animatronics, specifically Bonnie and Freddy, but i also do like the Withers and Toys, like Toy Bonnie and Chica, Toy Freddy is also cool, my favourite withered Animatronics is Withered Bonnie, he's faceless and I like him
I know I'm super late, but why not call the little bear Teddy? Freddy and Teddy, the two bears that are never apart. Plus, it emphasizes his cuteness and similarity to a teddy bear. Maybe the big guy could be Total Freddy (being the totality of all Freddys), or Amalgam Freddy.

i am calling him shooting star/comet freddy and his star child (mostly because the star and lightning bolt on his chest) i love the design btw
