. Today I’m taking a look at one of the latest Yeezy Models to release and this one is pretty different. The Yeezy Knit RNR Released on September 23rd exclusively to the US on YeezySupply. Surprisingly these retail for $200 which seems pretty high considering the general make up of the sneakers is pretty simple.
You may be able to draw some comparisons to the Yeezy Foam Runner as the shape is pretty similar, i also mention that they feel similar too.

Lol I know Seth has a pair. I saw his video first. I said I expected to see his video, so I wasn't surprised he was first! It was a nice surprise to see one from Elliot.
At this point I can’t give any more compliments on your reviews. Run out of adjectives. Er nice review again!? At $200 way too much. I would only see myself wearing these around the house and some errands to the store. Working from home sneakers if you will. Surprised that the comfort wasn’t as expected. I mean they look like a cloud or pillow for your feet. I do the think the colorway is 🔥. 50k coming soon. 💪

I keep going back and forth on these. At first I wasn’t a fan, then I warmed up to them a little, and when I see them on feet I like them less. There’s just something that feels really rough about them and not in a cool way. They just don’t work for me, but I’m thinking another colorway could potentially help. But yeah I’m really not sure about them…
Im in the same boat as you, especially after hearing about comfort. Any other color probably will be a must cop for me though.
Blue would look SICK, or red, both with a black top, that would be the best color way for this and if they make them easier to get instead of goats price point of 1500 ish

I know you said this 6 months ago but there is a new color way now, I got them and it made it better. But personally I like shoes that people don't really like or bold shoes so idk

Looser pair of pants will definitely make the knit rnr look better.
I didn't like the 450s at all until I got the dark slates in hand. Then on foot I fell in love. Foam Runners also took me a while, but the retail price point and comfort got me past the craziness.
These, however? They could be $50 and there's no way in hell I'd want to wear them, they look worse on feet than they do off (not your fault Elliott 🤣)

I actually love these and have 4 colors including the Sulfur, but it all depends on what you are wearing.
I was really surprised by these being 200, I expected something more like 120/100, to me they are in the same realm as the foam rnnr's. But I'm not a big fan

the balenciaga triple s has the shoe size printed on the toebox! not sure why but i kind of rate that detail on both that shoe and the knit runners 🤷🏾♂️ either way, thanks for the much needed deep dive into this extremely divisive pair of shoes!

I initially loved everything about these but now once we see them in reality, the foam piece on the toe box just looks bad. Not to mention apparently uncomfortable. I hope he improves the construction for the next colour.
That hump in the front of the shoe is weird. I was expecting it to hug the feet completely like the Belenciagas for example.
Tbh I like the color, it’s just that weird hump is killing it for me.

Great review. Regarding the sizing on the outside of the sneakers. This is something Balenciaga have done for a while. Ye and Demna, who is the creative director at Balenciaga, are really close so I wouldn’t be surpriced if that is where the inspo comes from.

I dunno, there's just nothing that stands out for me from this one.
Big fan of yeezy but I'm not really feeling these, what I like about yeezy brand is how peculiar and full of details their shoes are. These one are really simple and basic, even though they are very particular and different from the common concept of shoes, the design is very minimal and honestly kinda boring to look at. Maybe they'll grow on me, everithing is possible hahah

As much as I wanted to see how this sneaker looks 360 view and feel now looking at the video of them I think I might buy it to test out but might not wear it after I feel like the foam rnnrs was it for us and they tried to go farther with it with the knit rnr but it’s not doing it for me it’s no structural shape to it just a yellow block with two tucks on the side not feeling them like that such a let down

I almost love these shoes, but they look unfinished. They truly look like a foam runner that's been wrapped with knit material. There's a dip/chin between the "tongue" and foam-which honestly looks weird and unpolished, taking away from the silhouette of the shoe.
