  • We had some great dives in Anilao with Dennis Corpuz of Anilao Critters and Resorts. The variety of critters at this location never ceases to amaze me and Dennis knows where to find them. We'll definitely go back for more!

    I LOVE the close-ups you get on very small creatures. I had no idea there were so many varieties of shrimp, nudibranches, and crabs! I've watched your many Philippines and Raja Ampat videos numerous times. I enjoy your videos very much - thanks for taking the time to create them!

    Impressed by the density of the zooplancton slashing through the foreground. How is this dive spot compared with the Lembeh strait?

    • @nyfrogman
      @nyfrogman  4 года назад +1

      Sorry. I just saw the question on the end of this comment. It compares favorably to Lembeh. There is a great diversity of critters here and some nicer coral reefs than Lembeh.

      I'm going to buy an Olympus TG5 to see if it gets close to G7X, to that, I do not arrive, haha, besides, you have to know how to use it

    • @nyfrogman
      @nyfrogman  5 лет назад

      @@wilsonpereira7634 I have a TG5 as a backup. I used it for super macro stuff last 2 weeks in Romblon. It is very good for that, but G7X is much better overall for both wide and macro. More versatile and better focus for video.

    about to jump on a plane headed for Anilao. Thanks for posting your video. I am going to try to be disciplined enough to shoot some video instead of just stills. That's the plan anyhow...

    Hi, nyfrogman! I am part of the Project Team representing Philippine Parks & Biodiversity where we aim to produce a Legacy Video that will showcase the Philippines’ protected areas and biodiversity. We hope to produce a crowdsourced video that will be used primarily for environmental awareness and education. We would like to ask if you would be amenable to us including this footage of yours in our video? Should you agree, we will be including your name in our list of supporters and contributors and will make sure you are properly credited for your contribution. May we also know to which email address we can forward our proposal and waiver form? Thank you. We hope we can collaborate on this meaningful project!

      Sure. If it will help educate people about the treasures they possess beneath their seas, perhaps they will be more inclined to protect it. I can be reached at nyfrogman@gmail.com.
