Hunted: The Demon's Forge Has positive qualities in these areas: * The designs of the characters and the levels * Screenplay - entertaining like those haunted house shows at theme parks. * Dialogues, monologues - overall natural, good flow * Voice actors * Sound effects * Interactive a.i. personal guides * Creative level designs with the various obstacles, items Has ok qualities in these areas: * The graphics * Gameplay - good flow * Combat systems - good flow, could have more depth, such as attacking with one type of weapon (a club) and then quickly switch to the crossbow and immediately attack with it without pause, mixed in with some elbows, knees, knicks, headbutts, etc. Or firing with a long bow and then using the bow to block and attack, then reload and fire immediately without stopping. * a.i. characters - combat abilities and intelligence could have more depth, such as blocking, countering, mix-up with different levels of attacksf. Areas that are ok but not as strong as many games out there: * The upgrade paths of items and abilities - these are a bit simple.
Always loved this game. Also signs above doors can be used to open them for hidden loot just some help for you since i seen you missed a few good loot spots
The main problem with this game is the entire magic system was never explained making it impossible to use. I couldn't understand how to change anything or what it did. I didn't even know what I had or how to actually use it. The player was never shown any real use reason for the magic system or how it was more beneficial than just straight up regular combat with regular arrows/sword and shields. A player needs to be shown by the developers with an in-game demonstration. Otherwise they have nothing to go off of. I always ignore any mechanic/system I am not explained in game. Not my job as a player to have to guess, or mess around or look up.
OMG! YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW LONG I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS GAME. NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN IT APPEARED. MY CHILDHOOD GAME!
I remember this game ! Loved it !! It’s been in my massive collection for years !!
