My main concern is sound quality.
Sound is Good on both the devices but you will get anc on air 2 which makes it better option. If only i have to recommend on the basis of sound you can buy any of them you will not regret your decision

Friend Anc is active noise cancellation which blocks sounds from sorrounding .. And Environment Noise cancellation works better during during call..
Overall ANC is much better technology but on high end devices like airpod, Galaxy Buds plus.
