This recepie is absolutely delicious. I just made it today, it just tastes like restaurant.....extraordinary. this is a master chef recepie. definitely recommend it.
1- take a wok, add 1/2 cup oil, slightly heat it and then add chopped ginger 2tbsy and fry for 1 minute until you get the aroma. 2- add 1/2 kg julien cut boneless chicken and fry till meat turns white (should have good white colour and it might take 4 to 5 minutes) and take it out from the wok. 3- In the same wok and oil, add 1 cup chopped onions. When it gets transparent, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. 1.5 tsp chilli powder, 0.5 tsp turmeric powder 1tsp salt, 1tsp roasted and crushed cumin, fry spices while adding little water to prevent them from burning. 4- add 2 blended tomatoes and fry till all the flavours are mixed together. then add 4tbsp yogurt and fried chicken and fry for 5 minutes 5- add quarter cup of milk. After a minute add qasoori methi, half tsp crushed black paper, 2 tbsp julien cut ginger and cover the wok. 6- when oil comes out at the surface, add green chilies, julien ginger, fresh coriander leaves and serve.
