For anyone else that is having issues with installing themes (and configuration tests failing): Follow Juan's directions EXACTLY! Don't deviate to the left or to the right! My initial problem when I didn't: I had installed a HACS theme beforehand (automatically created and went into the themes directory). I then changed the configuration.yaml as Juan had stated, then did a configuration test (in developer tools). failed! The fix: I deleted the theme that was HACS installed in the themes directory, deleted the themes directory, and THEN I followed Juan's directions exactly. Do that, and you should have ZERO problems with installing your theme of choice. I'm currently using Transparent Blue with Lovelace Animated Weather card (see Dr Zzs video) for my picture. Nice video, Thanks for sharing. I am wondering if you can help me with a question i have with the mushroom theme. Currently i am seeing square boxes for card rather than the curved edges. How do i change this around back to the curved edges
Hallo, everyone, I have set everything up according to your instructions. My theme is also displayed. When I log out and log in again, everything goes back to standard. This doesn't just happen in the theme settings, but also in the dashboard. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
I'm getting yaml errors when I add the frontend lines to the configuration file. Put it in exactly as shown in your video. Having the same problem with secrets.yaml. Do you have any idea what's going on? Running a .vmdk VM on Unraid (supervised) with 6 cores (3C/6T) and 4GB ram
I am about to put my toe in the water with Themes. I notices that when editing Lovelace cards, there is a Theme (optional) setting. I assume this allows one to apply a different themes to different cards on a dashboard? Thanks!
