Jason Polan, The New York Drawer

Artist Jason Polan wants to draw every person in New York-literally every person in New York-so he started a project to document his efforts. Two and half years in, Polan is still going strong, clocking in sketches of anywhere from a couple people to hundreds a day on his blog. Get to know Polan as he visits the WNYC offices and tries his hand on our very own Jad Abumrad, Leonard Lopate, and Brian Lehrer-as well as Soundcheck guest Fred Schneider of The B-52s.
