It's mechanically funcontional, consistent, and stylish I don't think the weird writing quality, certain jankiness, and overall lackluster world-building are enough of a hindrance to call the game anything worse than just "good" (when considering a "good" as a 6 or 7 out of 10)
'Undefeatable' holds a special place in my heart because its the first of these songs you get to hear and it goes so hard, you aren't expecting it. But 'Break Through It All' I think goes even harder and is the best song of the three. And this cover is amazing, thoroughly enjoyed it.
A big reason why is a bit earlier the song has a big tone shift from the gritty and intimidating riffs into that defiant mood and hypeness for the rest of the song. Those parts hit so hard because of the overwhelming tone the first half sets. It's honestly masterfully composed

I'm a huge fan of the sonic franchise and mixed reviews for Frontiers made me hesitant to spend the money on it, but this song might push me over the edge and get me to make the purchase. Screw the mixed reviews, the only negatives people bring up are so minor, none of it is game breaking, i got to play it at a friend's and had a blast from just the first island and I'm sure you will as well

this song is a fucking masterpiece and makes the really expensive game totally worth it. this cover is better than i could have possibly imagined. i would have loved to see that 9 string range action at 2:44 though. could use a pitch shifter

It was one of the only 3 songs that stick out and join Sonics like of epic and/or memorable songs, along with infinite and song of hope, and it would be epic. I hope he does find your flame last since that is the most epic and it would be cool to end a trilogy of these songs with the last one that happens in game.
