This is my best song from Lagbaja ever...I just love the melancholic feel to the instrumentals, especially the set after the 'O ba tete coolu, coolu, coolu temper Ooo', it evokes a kind of teary emotion in me...he is really a genius. An original classic piece. So sad most Nigerian people no longer have ear for good music, they only listen to the trash being spewed by teenage wannabes nowadays.
Lagbaja...God bless wherever you are today. Lagos misses you... Great days with your radio show on Raypower FM 1992/1994 "Satz and Jazz", what a time... I remember with nostalgia my beautiful evening at Freedom square, Unilag listening to your melody 9ja go sweet again...We miss home
Eeeyah great memories! Wow never knew he had a radio show on raypower then but i remember coolu temper was one of the most played songs on Ray power then !!!
what a blast from the past, I was a regular at Motherland back in the noughties and this track played a key role in helping me deal with the culture shock of moving to Lagos when I first arrived.
Though I reside in the united states. I would never forget my days living in the greatest city in Africa ''Eko Akete''Beautiful classics like this make those memories priceless!
Lagbaja the legend, i keep asking myself at times who's this Lagbaja tailor ,see now as if Lagbaja already knew that there's going to be Corona virus in 2020, know need mask again
Imagine blasting this on third mainland bridge on a Saturday afternoon. The wind in your face and the sweet stench from the lagoon hitting you. Lagos home of the brave. Won't trade home for nothing. Eko ile🙌🙌🙌
This guy is a Legend. Please How can i get His whole Albums, Everything i mean everything. I love him so much. OMG this is Classic even in today's world after over 20years
Nice one beautiful arrangement on minor and major scale, nice solo from trumpet, Pls where can I get your album, I need an album where you sang hymn (Ayo mbo lowuro And Nipa ife Olugbala)
IT'S BECAUSE MOST BLACK PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ZOMBIFIED AND STILL SUFFERING FROM COLLECTIVE POST SLAVERY, FOREIGN RELIGION AND WESTERN IDEOLOGIES PSYCHOSIS.

Thank you Olagbaja, the Nigerian music I like not the crap they keep pumping out today, everybody want to be American.
the message of the song obviously went over your head.

I'm not saying this music isn't great but when years inevitably go by the current trash songs would be the oldies or classics, 😂
