A good video if say myself it wasn't what i thought it would be like especially since the camera never focused on my face. Either than that it was a good vid. And to everyone watching this video remember one thing your helping us by calling our dispatch to handle problems you encounter and it's not being a snitch you're doing the right thing to help the community
Not enough guards Inter Con Security doesn't have enough people. If you were going to stop using Allied Universal at least go with a company with enough guards such as Securitas.
I see more safety problems now than before. MTS new policies are not working to keep its real customers safe. They went weak with their policies to apease certain people. Not enforcing rules just creates more problems. So glad I got a bucket to take me to work now.
The new uniforms are a bad idea. They dont blend in with PD as they did.which was necessary to work alongside with them. Now officers are a highly visible target Making it more difficult to control certain situations. Officers now appear to have no authority at all. Now the officers have rejoined the ranks of the untrained ,unprofessional, regular security guards. After all the training and the many years serving the public, they have lost their OFFICER status. What a shame.

@@SanDiegoMTS at first when the app launched my phone would never get scanned by the scanners. Even though it was " free month" for the app when it came out it was a problem because the app didn't work for me. Over time, i couldn't tell you when, but at some time the app just wouldn't let me log in because my username/email didn't exist in the (YOUR) system so i had to use the website instead of the app to pay for my mothly pass. Idk how many more times i need to say it. I've sent many TOO MANY emails to the others i mentioned earlier but someone deleted those messages.
@@SanDiegoMTS i even got an email back from the "cs" email account telling me they wouldn't help me because they were being too insulted by my email. Like some bot stopped my email from insulting them but yet they continue to be worthless. They are worthless.
I have explained what the issue is twice. TWICE. Why were those answers to your question deleted? I told you my problems when you asked what they were and now they're gone.

We had allied universal but the contract with them ended and they weren't willing to come back
