Excellent job on the visuals and sound and recipe selections. Celine my dear, you are a culinary mastermind. Thank you for sharing, look forward to more of your amazing creations.
I sooooo want the try those chia coconut popsicles! Chia seed pudding made with coconut milk I know for sure is amazing and this is so easy to make that I can't not obsess over it! I'll probably make this all summer long.
I loved this video so much! And thanks for introducing us to her and I'm already planning on making a couple of her recipes and they're so aesthetically pleasing to look at 😍
To the confused commenters: Oreos in the UK aren't vegan Oreos in the US ARE vegan It only says on their website they're not CERTIFIED vegan due to cross contamination. Oreos contain no animal products.
Oreos in the UK contain no animal ingredients however they are made in a factory that also handles milk which is why they can't be labelled as vegan and the packaging says may contain milk. However they are completely fine for vegans to eat
oh isn't veganism about ethics? Nabisco the company that owns oreos use unsustainable palm oil. They're tearing down Indonesian rainforests for the palm oil. The ingredients may be vegan but is it ethical? No
OMG I'm so happy you guys made vegan stuff. I used to always watch your videos until I became vegan. Thank you for these videos! I'll definitely be making these. :)
My mind literally blew up when I saw the chia seed popsicles, I've been making chia seed pudding (the same way) for breakfast for a while now so this is an awesome way to mix it up or possibly have a popsicle for breakfast?? 🤔😍😄
When you cut open the avocado fudge bites they looked like some kind of mint-chocolate treat I had once so maybe you could add a few drops of mint/peppermint extract to make them minty avocado fudge bites 😍😍🙌🏼
Coconut butter I know in Florida u find in publix. I love the brand melt rich and creamy. They came out with a new one that includes prebiotics. Tastes exactly like regular butter
I don't know where, but my mom bought this big tub of coconut Butter for twenty bucks. She buys them in California and uses chunks as chapstick and melts it and melts it to use it for her hair and as a lotion. I never thought about cooking with them.
Stunning recipes again, so lovely, I'll be trying these. It's called tempering I think, when you heat up chocolate to a simmer, so that after you fridge or freeze it, it won't melt so quick at room temperature... I think =P
Ok the popsicles look really good so I don't mind but they have coconut oil, chia seeds, vanilla, a sweetener, jam, chocolate chips, coconut milk, and frozen raspberry, which is 9 ingredients. I had them and they were on point so I can't really complain
I bought coconut butter from my local health food store lol was really easy to find. Which is weird since I'm from Hawaii and we're usually the ones who have to rely on getting things online
can you pleaseeee tell me how many grams in one cup? I think so many people outside America can't try the recipes cuz they don't know how to deal with these cups. In my opinion, you should put in your video the grams too. It would be sooo helpful. I really admire you and I would love to try these awesome recipes! Thaaankksss!!!
is different for every ingredient because volume=/=weight so one cup of butter isn’t as heavy as one cut of flour. You need to look up the units for every ingredient so it’s more complicated for you but also for the american chefs, because it’s more work... Just google it 1 cup of sugar and you usually find a site that has the weight for different ingredients
Omg these all looks amazing!! Totally trying all of these... especially the Oreo ones. Any way you could put the recipe below to refer to? I'm confused on some of the ingredient amounts. Thanks!
Jessica V I just checked, Newman O's do contain organic palm fruit oil. But it's purchased through co-ops in Columbia and is certified by Eco-Cert. You can read a letter from them here where they claim to be committed to environmental integrity: gettingonmysoapbox.wordpress.com/2012/03/19/finally-a-corporation-that-cares-support-newmans-own-organics-products/
I second this. There is an uncomfortable vibe between them just from observation. Maybe if they were more acquainted before making the video it wouldn't be as awkward.
So... the Chinese characters on the back wall are not only lying 90° in the wrong direction (you would need to tilt your head to your right shoulder), but are also displayed backwards (as if you were looking at the title of a restaurant on their window while sitting inside that restaurant). Not sure if that was intended...
Yeah, that bothered me too! My eyes kept going back to it and I couldn't concentrate on the video xD Even someone who doesn't know Chinese should at least have some recognition of right way up you'd think (e.g. from being in Chinese restaurants or something), but then, I've seen pillowcases and pictures in catalogues with Chinese characters on their heads... I guess to people who don't know the language, it all seems the same...
At first I gave it the benefit of the doubt and assumed the video is mirrored, but if you look in the center of the frame... you'll see that the clock is not mirrored. (Thanks for leaving in a clock, guys ;) ! )
I don't think so... It seems like 5 (V) is on the right side, and on the left, that has to be VII and VIII. Also, that VI isn't reversed into a IV - it's just upside because of the style of the clock.
The enjoy life brand of chocolate chips are vegan & really good! I'm not vegan but I like them! Lol. So if anyone is looking for vegan chocolate! Here's an option!
Yeah! Love that your channel continues to feature both vegan and non-vegan recipes, hopefully it inspires everyone to use less animal based products :)
Tempering is pouring a hot mixture into a cold one (most often eggs) and equalizing the temperature. I'm pretty sure it's just called burning the chocolate haha.
The only thing that wouldn't be vegan in a chocolate bar is the milk, which can easily be substituted for something like coconut milk. But that's only milk chocolate. Good quality dark chocolate does not contain animal products even if it isn't stated that it's vegan.
tempering chocolate is cooling chocolate at a very precise temperature to stop it from becoming sticky and matte when it has thickened again. I think there's no fancy word for 'melting chocolate'. If you want to do it fool proof, melt the chocolate it 'à bain marie', heating it inside a pan floating on a pan filled with hot/cooking water on the stove, preventing it from reaching temperatures higher than 100 C/ 212 F, so the chocolate doesn't burn.
do you fell the chia seeds in your mouth?? I mean, I'm one of those who have to sift raspberries or strawberries sauce when making a coulis because I hate the feel of the seeds in my mouth. Is it the same with chia seeds?
Amazing how the pan you put the avocado fudge in completely changed shape as it froze!
Hahaha it was just another pan
Caroline Langenberg Nah that's a lil far fetched don't you think?
Yeah ur right, pans are expansive dayum
😂
yes this is true, what happens when your filming is you need to prepare some things ahead of time. Especially anything that needs to be frozen!
My husband and I are new to the vegan world! I desperately needed dessert ideas! These look amazing!
Excellent job on the visuals and sound and recipe selections. Celine my dear, you are a culinary mastermind. Thank you for sharing, look forward to more of your amazing creations.
I watch your videos even the non vegan ones but getting vegan vids feels like a treat! thanks so much dude!
I sooooo want the try those chia coconut popsicles! Chia seed pudding made with coconut milk I know for sure is amazing and this is so easy to make that I can't not obsess over it! I'll probably make this all summer long.
Those avocado bites would probably also taste really good if fresh mint was blended into the filling!
I loved this video so much! And thanks for introducing us to her and I'm already planning on making a couple of her recipes and they're so aesthetically pleasing to look at 😍
You can make your own coconut butter, dudes - all you need is a food processor. It's waaaay cheaper than the hard to find store bought stuff too.
Helena Angelina isn't that sorta what they did
Not quite, Jake - that was a bastardised butter on the fly!
I mean that in a good way.
Helena Angelina can you share how you do that
i'm curious on how you do it ?
I'm not vegan, but I'm paleo...and this was extremely useful!!! THANK YOU!! YOU SHOULD PUT "PALEO" AS A TAG!!
Most of the grocery stores I go to, the vegan stuff is in the produce section & also the organic and natural sections too.
You don't imagine how much I love you guys, it look amazing!!!
To the confused commenters:

thanks! :)
Oreos in the UK contain no animal ingredients however they are made in a factory that also handles milk which is why they can't be labelled as vegan and the packaging says may contain milk. However they are completely fine for vegans to eat
+DaisyDeGamer why aren't the peanut butter oreos vegan?
oh actually in the UK Oreos are vegan
oh isn't veganism about ethics? Nabisco the company that owns oreos use unsustainable palm oil. They're tearing down Indonesian rainforests for the palm oil. The ingredients may be vegan but is it ethical? No
That last recipe was AMAZING!!! Thank you!
So excited to see some more vegan recipes from you!
I'm not vegan but definitely would eat those creations!
OMG I'm so happy you guys made vegan stuff. I used to always watch your videos until I became vegan. Thank you for these videos! I'll definitely be making these. :)
Thumbs up for the vegan content! Loving it :)
My thoughts exactly!

All of these deserts look amazing! I know I'm definitely going to make that berry crumble bar as soon as possible tbh
Wow! So creative. And the desserts looked delectable!!!
My mind literally blew up when I saw the chia seed popsicles, I've been making chia seed pudding (the same way) for breakfast for a while now so this is an awesome way to mix it up or possibly have a popsicle for breakfast?? 🤔😍😄
Really respect you are open to vegan food even when you're not vegan !!
I used peanut butter instead of a banana to tighten up my oat/flour mixture. In the oven now. Looking forward to these PB&J Oat Bars.
Big VEGAN gratitude! Great collab! Thanks!
I'm really enjoying these collabs
I love these kind of videos!! Thankyou for some great vegan recipes.
When you cut open the avocado fudge bites they looked like some kind of mint-chocolate treat I had once so maybe you could add a few drops of mint/peppermint extract to make them minty avocado fudge bites 😍😍🙌🏼
Omgggggg the berry crumble bar had me like 😍😍😍😍😍 mouth watering!!!! And so simple. Cant believe it. Thank you!

🌺💖Omg! I'm so making some chia pudding pops on my channel now!!! Thanks for the inspiration!🌺💖
Stunning recipes again, so lovely, I'll be trying these. It's called tempering I think, when you heat up chocolate to a simmer, so that after you fridge or freeze it, it won't melt so quick at room temperature... I think =P
There's coconut butter and avocado butter in Tesco if you're in the uk
omg the fudge bites would be great with pistachios 😍

These look delicious!!! 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕🌹🌹🌹🌹
I remember those popsicles sticks w/ the jokes 😂! I haven't seen that in years.
Can't wait to make them
Thank you soo soo much for this video!

Oana Samit Google is your Friend
Lisa h
you can buy "cups" like you can buy measuring spoons ... it's so much easier than weighing stuff out lol (uk) I know I'm the betrayal! lol
Thank you for making vegan goods without tree nuts! That is so hard to find for people like me who are allergic.
@James T she didn't say she was gluten free, just that if you are then careful with the oats
Omg these all looks amazing!! Totally trying all of these... especially the Oreo ones. Any way you could put the recipe below to refer to? I'm confused on some of the ingredient amounts. Thanks!
these are great recipes I'm gonna try them all. Perfect snacking when you're all day out and don't know if there will be vegan options available.
Oreos are vegan but they contain palm oil which is super shitty.
and HFCS
Jessica V Newman O's taste just like Oreos, they're still vegan, and I'm pretty sure they're palm oil free.
Jessica V I just checked, Newman O's do contain organic palm fruit oil. But it's purchased through co-ops in Columbia and is certified by Eco-Cert. You can read a letter from them here where they claim to be committed to environmental integrity: gettingonmysoapbox.wordpress.com/2012/03/19/finally-a-corporation-that-cares-support-newmans-own-organics-products/
what's wrong with palm oil?
Lucie Kahounová They destroy the rainforest in order to harvest it.
that looks so good
Celine seems nice but there was something really lacking in this video. I can't put my finger on it.
Anne the lack of measurements lol
Lol!!! Nice.
I second this. There is an uncomfortable vibe between them just from observation. Maybe if they were more acquainted before making the video it wouldn't be as awkward.
Theoneandonly88able she's high
I can't imagine a more low energy video

they're mirrored because the video is but they are not in the correct orientation that's for sure
At first I gave it the benefit of the doubt and assumed the video is mirrored, but if you look in the center of the frame... you'll see that the clock is not mirrored. (Thanks for leaving in a clock, guys ;) ! )
Zelyaine the clock is mirrored, you can see the Roman numeral 6, VI, is changed to a 4, IV
I don't think so... It seems like 5 (V) is on the right side, and on the left, that has to be VII and VIII. Also, that VI isn't reversed into a IV - it's just upside because of the style of the clock.
Amazing!
I was getting ready to go into town when i saw the thumbnail to buy whatever ingredients but i just have everything lol 😂
The enjoy life brand of chocolate chips are vegan & really good! I'm not vegan but I like them! Lol. So if anyone is looking for vegan chocolate! Here's an option!
Great video, good team! Coconut cream in most health food stores, common, it's there
I like the part with "eat Ice cream all seasons" most ;-)
could you add some mint flavor to the avocado fudge to make it like a grasshopper bite? cuz DAYUM
Yeah! Love that your channel continues to feature both vegan and non-vegan recipes, hopefully it inspires everyone to use less animal based products :)
Love the vegan recipes
I think it's called tempering chocolate
Tempering is pouring a hot mixture into a cold one (most often eggs) and equalizing the temperature. I'm pretty sure it's just called burning the chocolate haha.
Child Celebrity you can temper chocolate tho. But either way, using chocolate means they are not vegan, right?
Tracy Herwig you have loads of vegan chocolate out there
The only thing that wouldn't be vegan in a chocolate bar is the milk, which can easily be substituted for something like coconut milk. But that's only milk chocolate. Good quality dark chocolate does not contain animal products even if it isn't stated that it's vegan.

Whoa!! Yum
Has anyone tried making the fudge bites? Are they good? x
such a good vid!
Please create a vegan cookbook. AHHmazing
Yum!
Hello, could we replace chia with tapioca?
Very great video I like the way you do it!
Why is coconut butter hard to find...? Whole Foods offers multiple brands of it.
Hey guys ..um..thanks for just being there? Y'know?
Big fan, keep it up
omg i've found the brother green channel that i watched on mtv omgggg ! love from italy guyssss
do you fell the chia seeds in your mouth?? I mean, I'm one of those who have to sift raspberries or strawberries sauce when making a coulis because I hate the feel of the seeds in my mouth. Is it the same with chia seeds?
YAAAAAY!
finally a vegan recipe!
skip to 2:18 your welcome
What's a good substitute for coconut products?
Could you please make a video on keto desserts and some asian side dish made of cabbage and spinach? Please (:
oh yea finally!!
How many oreos for the oreo truffles? Also do you use the whole container of the vegan cream cheese?
So gooooooood
They sound high. Idk? ✌🏻
Vegan food has to be the most mcgyvered food ever. I've had some awesome vegan food though so I'm not hating on it.
is there a reason to use chia based jam? I make my own jam (not using chia) and wondered. is it just the novelty of the chia jam as to why you chose?
LacyLola the texture of the chia gives it a really great consistency! Soaked chia seeds have this jelly-like consistency. That's my guess
Rebecca Darling thank you
yummy! 👌🌸
Yummy ! delicious
they have coconut butter at whole foods!! :)
i usually find vegan stuff in the produce section
