I tried running animal companion in Hunter too, but I took it in a different direction - starving buzzard instead of cult master for draw, with the infestation and desert spear to fuel its draw - BTW, if buzzard is the first beast pulled with guardian animals, you draw a card for the second beast pulled

it's better than seeing a druid play 20 mana worth of cards on turn 5 while you have 4 mana, such interaction, much wow.

In my most humble opinion, the Leoroxx pack holds this back. I rather do Polkelt to draw animals into animals into midrangy stuff.
It's a shame Omnislash never got popular. There was so much right about it, but it only got a cult following. It introduced me to some of my favorite content creators too. That's what kept me so well informed on the meta and the news to come. Unfortunately it seemed to not make any money so it wasn't quite worth it, but I will always hold onto hope.
I like how this turned from a deck doctor episode into a quest to get Omnislash to recognize your guardian animals hunter as having guardian animals be a power play

Yes, the pings come from wild pyro which triggers on spells

I feel like Krush+Huntmaster ended up being kind of a trap? Like, Krush ended up being played, but was it ever really _good_, and the huntmaster was just an 8 mana 5/5 almost all of the time

I ended up cutting the pyro package all together for a much more stable dragon/midrange package with hammers and corrosive shots, along with the untargetable and poison dragons.

Not that I've ever heard, but Kibler actually IS colorblind.
I think this would be better as a twitch stream since chat could give you their bad suggestions and you could consider them

I play it with rhinos, so stuff can go face. Often it gets protected by teachers pet and survives, then your next beasts also have charge. I like adding the 6/9 scorpid that pulls a minion from hand and some ramkahen wild tamers so that i keep beasts in hand for leoroxx.

Been trying to run this for a while. Your list looks a lot different than mine but might have some merit.
As someone who has only exclusively been playing Animal Guardians in Hunter, (because #ScrewDruid), this video makes me happy to see other people finally getting on board with me. :-D

@@bricelory9534 im actually kinda getting it to work. I have a lot of different 4-5 drop beasts for it to work with. Its winning like 50% at diamond 5
its got some 1 drop beasts too like the bunny things. its a risk btu generally get them early on, its still a draw 2 card.
This deck loses if your opponent plays cards, unlucky..

Guardian animals clearly got nerfed because this deck was too strong.
I miss the simpler days when random card generation didnt ruin most of the games for your combo deck :(

Yeah I’m just gonna skip to the part where he takes out the doomsayers, loot hoarders, cult master and broomsticks.
It’s kinda crazy how these guys who submit deck doctors already start with an unviable win con and core package, and then make it even worse with unplayable support cards. Like come on guys, it’s hard enough to make a leerox deck work and doomsayer hunter certainly isn’t helping
Some people own few cards. I would be lucky to even have the option of running double doomsayer
blahthebiste I mean that’s just obviously not the case here, like he owns Leerox, Kreen and True AIM crescent so it’s obvious he’s not just working with like basic cards.
And the more viable cards like Dwarven Sharpshooter and Desert Spear are like rates and commons so that’s not really an excuse, especially since doomsayer is an epic.
It seems more like you just wanted to vent about your “F2P btw” struggles rather than offer an actual explanation

Nick Geffen yeah for real. Not everyone wants to min/max for the highest win rate. Some people want to have fun and mess around with cards

Cause we’ve known to not put Doomsayer in hunter decks for a good while now, it’s not like when you first start iterating on a deck you have no idea what would be good in it or not.

This is why I find it so hard to keep playing HS. Right after an expansion, I get to experiment and deck build and it's super fun, but within a couple weeks everyone is exclusively playing these optimized lists that make it impossible to try wacky/fun builds. Not everyone is a Spike, you guys.
