    Yo sausage lai 5 dekhe 7 din air dry gare paxi khanu ko lagi ready hunxa.Fry garera khada sarai mithoo hunxa so please cook sausage after air drying 🙏🙏

    Home made sausage are so tasty and healthy. We nepali tribes has traditional hand made since thausands of yrs. But hand made sausage are mostly big pieces of hard meats. When we eat this kind of sausage are not so easy to eat. If we use meat grinder then it would be better easy to eat. Anyway thanx for pork sausage reciepe.

      No you have to put alcohol it will help to preserve meat.
      You can keep around 6 months but let it air dry very well
