Meditation to heal the chakra:
• Put your hands in your lap, palms up, on top of each other.
• Left hand underneath, its palm touching the back of the fingers of
the right hand.
• The tips of the thumbs touch gently.
• Concentrate on the sacral chakra two inches below Navel. Chant
the sound VAM.
Mantra -
Om Vam Vam Swaadhishtthaanam Jaagray Jaagray Vam Vam Om Phat
Meaning -
This is an activation mantra for the Swathisthana chakra with its beeja mantra ‘Vam’.
#SwadhisthanaChakra also known as Sacral Chakra is located below your belly button, on your abdomen. It is you seat for emotional balance, unity and harmony in relationship. Beeja mantra for meditation on this Chakra is VAM. Daily meditation with this mantra resonates with the vibration of the chakra and balances Swadhisthana Chakra.

I have a strange issue with me. I am already working on my inner self. But I find it difficult to control sexual desires. I can pin point at an early stage, whenever it arises, but somehow I keep on rolling with that old pattern for few amount of time. But good news for me is, I realise and return to conscious state. Can I ever control it as per my choice and not random??

What is the meaning of this mantra in English?
This mantra uses Tantric syllables for activating sacral chakra. it literally means "Sacral chakra activate activate " rest of the words are tantric words which are used in many mantras to activate that deity's or energy's frequency.
