    Its extremely hard for me to self regulate..I often feel Ill die probably when on the road or on high level buildings.

    Ability to self regulate and self soothe goes along way to foster good mental health. I wish to ask, dear Muthoni; is this abilty inborn, you know like our temparement or can one learn it?
