i really enjoy listening to I.M because he is a very wise man but he doesnt really get the chance to talk about his philosophy etc so i am very thankful to the interviewer for actually listening to him and letting us know a bit more about his philosophy
From interviews that he had done for his own solo work, you can tell that he isn't much of talker. He just accept things as it comes. He express himself through his art and didn't want to put his definitions behind his own work. He allows that blank space between his art and human perception to get into play when we try to cypher what he's trying to convey through his work. That, to me, is amazing because he don't confine himself and his purpose of releasing his work in the "circle" that he thinks people put him in. He releases his work as an outlet for him to put out what he had been keeping inside of him for a long time. Whatever that "blank space" is, it's all up for our own interpretation and that is boundless. Duality is just one of the collections of his art that he decided to release, complete and sealed. I can't wait to hear what else he has in his vault! 😺🙆♀

I love that IM walks to the beat of his own drum. I really enjoyed his insight to his music but also allowing us to share his mindset and inner thoughts. The interviewer was good I liked her questions, well thought out and not repetative like other interviewers.
This was such a nice contrast to the usual Monsta X interview questions! I really appreciate that she obviously had done her research and asked meaningful questions that gave us all a lot of insight into the music and Changkyun himself. Truly one of the best interviews with a Monsta X member I've ever seen!

Great interview thank you! That’s so nice that a fan of his music gets to interview him and the questions are well thought. Hopefully the fans in India get a chance to see Monsta x in person. Working in the industry for almost 7 years and putting out an album where your main focus is not the audience (in the sense of scoring on charts) is truly admirable, he must’ve craved that for a while bc Kpop idols or artists in general make music to reach a number or play on the radio or etc but he just wanted to make his own art and just like Mx new album he wanted it with “No limit”. At first in his interviews I thought he was just being ambiguous towards the qs but it really seems he wants ppl and his fans to find their own meaning in his search in “duality” album… that’s why I really felt goosebumps when I listened to his track “burn” and it made me feel new confidence bc it was a song for me to express leaving the bad memories in the past and hence “burn” and ofc for everyone “flower-ed” had a really nice ambiance and this sad story which I think another duality of his album was talking about a past relationship

Throughout this whole interview, I had just one word in my mind- raw... it's like raw emotion was evident, very open discussion with no pretenses or beating around the bush. Even if the questions were decided beforehand, this interview just felt so raw to me.
