What's your favourite Maya hack? Twitch chat said this was a neat tip, so decided to clip it out and pop it up on RUclips, Andrew Hodgson style :) More stuff over on twitch every week, and some exciting sneak peaks of some cool things to come are going up on my instagram stories these past few days! instagram.com/michaelwildevfx
I would recommend holding the move / scale / rotate button in Maya and left click. Here you get a radial menu where you can quickly toggle between the axis so you can change to object / normals / world. Useful if you're trying to be speedy and want to quickly change axis without having to have the move settings open as well.
