I miss Howard. killswitched engage is the second Rock band I began to love with a black lead singer. every since my curse, and every since I also became a fan of sevendust.
You're a fan of Sevendust too!?!? Sevendust is the shit!!! I've been listening to them for SEVEN straight months since I first started listening to them - non-stop, day and night, seven months in a row. I even listened to the band member's side projects, which are sick too, by the way. I can't wait for a 12th Sevendust album. And my favorite album from them is Home.
demonta heard The lead guitarist and the drummer; Clint Lowery and Morgan Rose have a band called Call Me No One. In addition, Clint Lowery was in some side project/s and has few solo albums or EPs. The rhythm guitarist and the bassist; John Connolly and Vince Hornsby have a band called Projected, and from what I heard - following John's facebook page (which I've also spoke to him once via chat), Projected is working on a new album.
Howard Jones, you and Michael Jackson(and Villian of the story) are why I'm starting my band. Souls from Salem is gonna be big, and it's because of him and MJ I can express my music taste(yes I'm black vocalist bro)
Howerd, as you know, your voice is your calling card on top of the way it falls on our ears, go deep, I think you will hit gold eventualy all of us love you and think your music is great, we follow you and your music.
Benji he wanted out of the band thats what happened. he has been very unhealthy and he has been going through a very depressed time during the self titled killswitch engage album. his previous marriage hit him too hard and had so many suicidal thoughts. i really miss him too in killswitch engage bc he built history in the band and he save kse from going extinct back in early 2000s when jesse left the band. he made better lyrics in the band bc they were all written about his times in life. jesse was the founder of kse but howard made the band better with his vocals and lyrics. he made jesses songs sound better. im not hating on jesse but its very factual that howard was a better trained vocalist. i mean howard did train in opera vocals before. jesse does have good content but i still listen to more howard content. all i care about is howard being happy where he is at right now with metal music. he wanted heavier music so he made devil you know. i cant wait for him to release a new album soon. but seriously he needs to be a guest star in kse for some songs one day which would be the best
Alexander Reddick He had some personal battles with depression at that time and he needed to walk away from the lifestyle of constant touring and the machine of it all. Sometimes people need to turn the machine off for a little while. And in that lifestyle, that’s a better alternative than letting it all destroy you, and too many have been destroyed by it. Now he’s back making music and he’s okay. Good to see it. Cheers.
