    Sorry but if a person is just silly enough to belive that a bilionaire needs her money, and this person gets lots of loans to her bilionaire boyfriend, then is the banks falt the fact that she was defrauded? The banks were supose to make a call? Is the banks responsability to check if your being defrauded? Really?
