Putin has notoriously ignored peace treaties. The Budapest Memorandum is ironic here. Under the agreement, the signatories (Russia, Britain, USA) offered Ukraine "security assurances" in exchange for its adherence to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons and for Ukraine to surrender the Soviet era Nukes on their soil).

N Korea's support of Ruzzia has made S Korea consider throwing their considerable military manufacturing capability toward helping supply Ukraine. This is quite a backfire for Putin, for sure. S Korean weapon systems are some of the best in the world, and are quite possibly the best value on the planet (which is exactly why Poland is partnering with Seoul). S Korea's strong economy puts N Korean weapon manufacturing to shame.

Anna, Ukraine now has the ability, and permission, from its Western allies to strike any military target anywhere in Russia.
France and the U.K. have provided air-launched Storm Shadow and Scalp missiles that could be used to destroy the Russian air bases from where the glide bombs originate.
In addition, Ukraine has now developed long-range Neptune missiles which can strike targets anywhere in Russia.
The U.S. has also said that “while we do not encourage it, Ukraine can make its own decisions on how to use U.S. weapons to defend itself against threats, including from inside Russia”.
So, I don’t understand why there are STILL unanswered glide bomb strikes against Kharkiv and other cities.
Ukraine can put an end to this.
Why has it not?
Please ask why.
If Ukraine could immediately end the glide bombs, then they obviously would.
I don't think you appreciate just how vast russia is. Neptune missiles cannot strike "anywhere in Russia". Neither can Scalp, ATACMS, Taurus etc. It would take seriously big intercontinental missiles to travel such distances.
Please also remember, that however pathetic russia is in terms of military tactics and state of the art weapons, they are still a formidable enemy and have no problem attacking civilians and civilian infrastructure.
