I am 19, and got to know about him probably 3 years ago I used to think that his attitude or music is a bit too vulgar for my taste, but getting to know his personality really changed my opinions. I just can't look at him and not feel amazed at how authentic and interesting of a person he is. It is like his personality is just pouring out of him. And he is not scared to look emotional or vulnerable, and say things that other people would be afraid to say. I will forever be a fan of him as a person and give him my support.
Also, my opinions on him as an artist have changed after listening to the last album. I actually enjoy it a lot. Maybe, if my English was better I could give other albums more appreciation.

I like the way he said that because it's true, like with the MTV VMA awards, The Weeknd won best R&B video for a song that wasn't R&B at all. I think when they categorize black artists, it's R&B or Hip Hop until proven otherwise, but for white people, they are categorized by the music they make and it's hard to look at that and not think something is strange. I'm sure The Weeknd, and Tyler here, are happy that their work has been acknowledged but it is like Tyler said "backhanded" in a way. Big congrats to Tyler, The Creator, Igor was amazing.
