The main thing that set farlight appart from the other 3ps br games was it's incredibly fast paced movement and how this dynamics influenced combat. Devs taking jetpack off was the last blow on top of an already problematic scenario with low population, hackers/cheaters, bugs etc. I think the game can have a future if they stop being stubborn, listen to the player base and stick to what was working once. If they do wanna take jetpacks off, they need to find a way to make movement better. Than could be implemented with floor slides, horizontal wall running, wall jumping, better climbing, and dashes for all characters. A good example of a 3ps "battle royale" game that had great mobility was GunZ(The Duel) and it didnt need no jetpacks. It can be done, devs just dont seem to want to... I've quit.. but if they fix this, i might come back ^^
