Downplay - It Has Begun (Unofficial Original Version of Starset Song)

- Another Downplay-style remix, but this time not in the usual way. What the guys performed live, but didn't release, only later, already as Starset in Transmissions, I recreated. One to one from the live shows. Here it's pure enthusiasm and imagination, as close to the style and sound of Downplay as possible. I know that this song was born before Starset, Dustin wrote about it in 2013 that it would be a new Downplay song, but unlike the others, they've never played this one. All in all, too many letters, write your opinion. Love you all!

This is epic! The guitar during the verses has a nice nostalgia to it. The outro translates so well into Downplay too. Keep up the imaginative work!

Transmissions kinda embraced different eras of Dustin's vocals. Judging by vocal tone you can really tell, when approximately it was recorded initially. Such songs, as Carnivore, My Demons, Halo, Let It Die even the first part of It Has Begun seem to be recorded in 2011, when Dustin had deeper voice. Rise And Fall, Down With The Fallen, Point Of No Return probably were recorded in 2012-2013, when his voice started to become softer. I'm not sure about Antigravity. It seems to be recorded even later. Maybe in 2013. And you really can here the damage of his voice and probably the reason of vocal changes.
Yes, but not really. Down With The Fallen you mentioned - 2011.
@@AlternVoice wow, that's interesting. Maybe instruments were recroded earlier. But vocals sound closer to later era of Human Conditions, than earlier part of Radiocalypse

@@AlternVoice I know about the full version with video. But as it was supposed to be in The Human Condition album, I was sure, that it was recorded in 2012. At least his voice sound like 2012
