Kabrhel is just a modern Tony G but actually nicer. Characters like that are good for poker. When you stream an event like this one of the most important things for a director is to be able to tell a story over the course of the tournament that keeps the watchers interested. Stories need villains and heroes or they aren’t interesting, and Kabrhel does a really good job of playing the villain. You may not like it but you need players like him if you want poker to continue gaining more mainstream popularity.
What is so crazy to me is I have watched Brad grow from less than 50k subs and he always talks about pros as if they’re on another level than him but honestly from watching brad all these years and how he’s grown… he is on these guys level and I like to think the guys have the same thoughts about brad showing up as brad has about them! He’s grown so much and done more for poker than any of those guys in the room!
