    You can tell Charles trained at Sitjaopho, flawless technique. When I trained I never wanted to be the best fighter... I just wanted to look that good while doing it 😂. Beautiful Muay Thai!

    I'm glad you mentioned that the knee turns out on its own. I always thought you were supposed to flare it out intentionally when I saw the Thais knee and it felt awkward. Keep more of that type of insight coming!!

    Coach, i use and prefer your 'hands' technique...the protection and options it affords for continuous strikes makes it superior in my opinion

    Training your young lad must be awesome. Throw back to some warrior times.
    Shiiid I was taught to only pull down with the hand on the side that’s kneeing. Not saying you’re wrong and I’m right. But would two hands leave you open too much if you missed or they timed you?
