Sir please explain why pallor isn't to be searched for in jaundice patients? I asked our surgery SR, he said we do! as pallor checked for in lower palpebral & icterus in upper bulbar conjuctiva.
My case patients was diagnosed with periampullary cancer obstructive jaundice and he got abdominal pain,no history or stonecase... But you told that it'll be painless... Kindly clarify I have a doubt.

When they develop cholangitis they will have pain
