It's multiple things. Juggernaut, fearmonger, and resilient each give 10-20% DMG reduction. Bloodtwin with draining stake procs a weakened effect that reduces enemy damage even more. Tektite helmet increases the strength of the weakened effect further reducing the damage the enemy inflicts. Adding it together you get 80-90% damage reduction.
