Sisi Yemmie - I made this on new year's day!! Delish!! Although I cheated - I didn't make fried rice. I just added vegetables to the coconut rice and skipped the fried rice bit. The coconut sauce was delish as well!! Thank you for the tips!!

I tried this n I tell u it was better than delicious. it was yummy. Sweet in d mouth n sweet in d belly too. I did not add prawn though and I had no soy sauce. I got it already so next time, I shall use it some other time. then I did not do the chicken curry sauce, no flour. don't worry though, 2016 is game time! thank u sisi yemmie for this tutorial. I absolutely love it.

Oh em gee... your coconut basmati fried rice na die Sisi Yemmie. Lol. I have never thought to make coconut gravy until this post. Been craving some good ol chicken casserole/gravy for a minute and will be making that tomorrow for Christmas, its similar to your sauce but you fry the flour in margarine with onions add seasonings and stock from chicken then add potatoes, carrots and cabbage when almost done with the cooked chicken and serve with rice. Its so good. Tempted to boil my rice with coconut milk now :)

This is a ten.
Make sure you stir fried the rice for at least 15 minutes...your rice will jump in Pan when done.
Stir fry rice is making the rice dry out. This way it's will absorb all the flavors like a sponge.
You will taste all the flavors in one bite.
