Proving two triangles are similar two different ways

👉 Learn how to solve for the unknown in a triangle divided internally such that the division is parallel to one of the sides of the triangle. The triangle proportionality theorem states that if a line is parallel to one side of a triangle and it intersects the other two sides, then it divides those sides proportionally. Thus, with the aid of the triangle proportionality theorem, we can solve for the unknown in a triangle divided proportionally.

One way to do proof it would be probably using trig. The idea of proof would to prove that two triangles that are similr have propotional side lengths no matter what numbers are used
