I'm 68, always wanted to play the Blues. Getting into pentatonic progression work. Needed a backing track that didn't sound like a bleedin' funeral. THIS IS THE STUFF! Yeah, Man; make it an hour long. Love This. ROCK ON.
I really love simple the track is. it really helped me to focus on my solos rather than focusing on the grace notes and other sevens or other 6 and minor 7 notes.

I am 29 and doing the exact same thing 🙂 and it's great that you have all started so early like at 11yrs and 14yrs. Trust me you will be glad that you got into this at such a young age. Keep it going 👍
I'm 58, only been playing a little over two years, man it's great fun thumbs up. I start soloing on a, and the I can jump back in on a, it's so cool. Have fun everyone.
Good for you kid hope your shredding it a year later...I'm 44 and have been playing rythmn guitar since I was 8. I decided to learn my first scale this year. It doesn't matter how old or where you are in your guitar journey. You are in a good mental place if you feel the urge to learn more. And if you ever feel like your not in the mood to be creative....creativity is what you need to force yourself to do. Good luck little Rockstar! 🌟 🤩
This is a great track. I warm up with this everyday to get my fingers loose. My kids love it and it is a great change from being in on the 'everything in e metallica loop'. Love 'em but variety is the spice of life. Great track, thanks for sharing!
Hi, firstly thanks for asking, Im OK with you uploading one of my tracks if you're jamming along to the track, Just don't upload it as is. And of course give me a shout out and link to my channel. I may or may not get a notification from RUclips that one of my tracks has been uploaded. if so ill check it out and ok it. Thank again.
Of course i will jam alonng and do this as it should be with all the credits for you ... Any chance that i can get it for free ? I know i 'm asking a lot there , but i never put my blue card on internet since i was hacked a few times .. If you are ok then i'll give you my E mail .. Just , please let me know .Cheers .Chrisstophe
Time for a dumb question- maybe someone has an answer. Hard to explain for me but I'll try. One of my songs runs the 12 bars on the verses, but after each verse it has a quicker drums and vocals only ( ba dot dot Datta da Ba dot dot dotta da Ba dot dot dotta dot da Da dot dot dotta da ) Then back into 12 bar runs before begining to the next verse. Maybe this don't make sense, but it works for the song. Any help is appreciated, or I guess if you need to poke fun about it - go ahead.
I feel like playing Basic 7 or 9 Chords sounds better. I would ignore the Chord suggestions, as 12 barr blues is usually built on the 7 Chords. Certainly not Major chords in open position if you're playing an electric guitar. IMO
Pretty sure it's for all levels of guitar players, scale study is a part so for you it's one thing and the 11-year-old kid another. I'm 70 I need it for timing, finger dexterity, and peace through music.
It's all to help with structure, timing, and hand placement. A little something for every skill level. Don't be that guy. Not a soul cares about your opinion.🤡
Well not all 12 bars have a traditional turn around, this track is in A so it would traditionally resolve on the E, this track does not guitar wise, the bass kinda does that instead, many 12 bars do that, but you can still play through it as if it does.

How many clubs in Chicago play this great music & which one is the best to go to?
Not sure Will
You can speed it up by changing the playback speed just so y’all know
And ruin the quality of the track unless you use a proper tool.
I play this as I drive to work.
Awesome to hear :)

Is it accurate to say these are all 16th notes (not sure if that's the correct way to describe the meter)
The exercise is played in 8ths. Each measure starting on the downbeat as1 goes: 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and/ 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and, etc.
