I don't want to come off as anti american (i am not), but i live in a small european country (Austria) and this would never happen here. Prostitution is legal and sexworkers need a working license which includes regular, mandatory heath checkups.
Not to mention the good network of institutions and services (government funded/free) which would prevent teenagers from ever getting in a situation like "Fantasy".
I know it won't be easy implementing social programs like we have here but it is absolutely doable despite the US being the forth largest country and governed by state and federal legislation! Some people would have to pay more taxes of course...

I remember when I was 14 I had a friend that became homeless because her mother found a boyfriend and he said he didnt want kids living in the house. Right before we started our 9th grade year she kicked out her, her 19 yo sister, and her 11 year old brother. Her and her brother went to live with her sister who moved into her much older boyfriend house. Once her sister got pregnant and the money became tight the boyfriend was pressing for her to leave. My friend ended up couch surfing before our best friend mother took her in. Needless to say her and her brother really struggled emotionally for years after that. Her mother was pathetic and all for a man. Thinking back on it someone should called cps especially since she was only 14 and her brother was only 11 but I think everyone was scared of them being separated. If it wasn’t for our friend mother taking her in she probably would’ve ended up similar to her. Her brother started to get into a bunch of trouble

I’m a 34 yo guy and have I stretch marks around my stomach and waist from losing 140lbs. Not that she lost that much weight, but there are different ways to get them

She's insightful, has an incredible resolve in herself and a sense of humor plus she has a work ethic. I truly hope she changes her life for the better. A beautiful person but idk if she See's that in herself.
Poor baby.....This is a child who should be enjoying her senior year, going to prom, making memories with her friends... this makes me so sad for her....
