@@MistaYoungg I’ve never understood why people always say this. I’ve never once visited a McDonald’s and had them tell me this. I work at a McDonald’s as well and our machine is never ever broken. The only time we can’t serve ice cream is when it does the heat cycle at night and every 2 weeks in the morning when we take it apart for the deep cleaning.

Here’s a little tip/trick for everyone: When I was younger I used to go to a restaurant my family really liked with my parents and brothers. It was an all-up you-can-eat serve yourself deal and there was both an ice cream machine there and a chocolate fountain. Me and my brothers liked to get a cone of ice cream and put it under the fountain. The cold hardens he chocolate, creating a kind of shell. I’d recommend trying it out if you find a chocolate fountain at a place where you can also get ice cream.
