LU950 - Loader Unloader

The MMS Loader and Unloaders provide part handling solutions, which minimize operator intervention. Fully programmable, it can be adapted and re-adapted to many types of process carriers. The system’s loaders are designed to load parts, substrates, or lead frames from magazines into in-line process systems, whereas the Unloaders are similarly designed to index the parts, substrates or lead frames out into magazines.
The LU950 is designed to be compatible with SMEMA (Surface Mount Equipment Manufacturing Association) standards, making it easily integratable across a wide range of machines. It is also designed to be used in tandem with MMS’s Inline Shuttle Conveyor for even more expanded functionality.
