  • Historical interpreter, Ian Mumpton, takes Re-enact through the Schuyler Mansion in Albany, New York, where Alexander Hamilton's in-laws, Philip and Catherine Schuyler raised their children. Philip Schuyler was appointed a Major General during the Revolutionary War, later serving as both a New York State Senator and a U.S. Senator from New York. The mansion, where Schuyler lived until his death in 1804, is now considered a national historic site. Mumpton brought Re-enact back to the 18th century, giving our reporters a Cribs-esque tour through the mansion's history-filled rooms.

Sometimes I wonder if an actual group or raid has gone to Trinity church or this mansion to like sing the skuyler sister or who lives who dies who tells your story. I would do it. But i dont know if its even allowed to make that kind of noise in those areas giving that its historic.

It's fine to me it's an old house the lighting won't be consistent and in my opinion it's not to fast but even if it was what can you expect they probably didn't want to make it too long. Cant you just appreciate getting to see this beautiful home and being told all about the history
