They are Yakka's and can be caught on the bait reef to the SE of the Seaway about 1.5km in 18-20m of water.

REEL Estuary Fishing Mostly Tailor are just on live baits but recently I have been catching plenty on shallow running lures like gold bombers in the broadwater.

REEL Estuary Fishing You do get schools of small Bonito at times during the summer. On the close reefs 18's & 24's is better for them during winter, I often catch them when fishing for Snapper up to 4kg..

REEL Estuary Fishing Only catch Bonito on metal slugs most are small size from 25cm to 40cm.
