Hi Deni for using eggs without the yolk you can crack the egg let the yolk go in then grab an empty plastic water bottle then gently put it on top of the yolk then squeeze it and squeeze it again to get the yolk out, you can only use one yolk and a time. Or you can use a spoon😊

If you whip the egg whites like u did and add some sugar little by little it will taste very good is often used for baking if u put Malta on in its edible at least that's what we do back home, but is used for lots of things in baking

Something I learned from a lady who bakes and decorates cake for a living: if you want to make something like icing or fondant black without adding so much food coloring that it affects the taste, make it green first, then add the black
