I suppose it throws error only while loading Pycharm. Once that popup is closed and continued, it works fine. I disabled "IntelliBot @SeleniumLibrary Patched" and using "Robot framework support" plugin and it is working fine. With Intellibot, for some reason, the keywords are highlighted as "keywords not recognized"
