Rosewood Villa Magna Hotel, smart lighting for a luxury experience

The Rosewood Villa Magna hotel has undergone a complete renovation, which has led it to become the highest exponent of quality, luxury and exclusivity in Madrid.
The Rosewood Villa Magna was completely refurbished, following the most demanding quality standards, with the aim of being able to offer its guests the highest excellence and attention to accommodation in Madrid.
To this end, a lighting management system was incorporated that offers innovative functionalities, adapted to the current needs that the hotel requires for the attention of its exclusive clients.
The aim was to be able to individually manage the lighting in each of the hotel's rooms and common areas and also to be as energy efficient as possible.
Signify's Interact platform has provided the Rosewood Villa Magna hotel with an smart lighting management system that meets its stringent requirements.
Thanks to Interact, hotel staff can individually monitor and regulate each of the 154 rooms, corridors, lounges, restaurants, cafeterias and other common areas, adapting the lighting in each room based on the time of day or activity in each space. Interact also allows them to know the occupancy level of each area and receive real-time alerts about possible incidents, being able to react quickly and correct them without affecting customers.
As for the guests, Interact offers them, among other possibilities, a series of predefined comfort scenes, which they can select by means of the touch button panel located in each room, which allows them to change the comfort level of the room.
