@stevo32drums definitely an OG fan. I ripped my half hour of power tape I got that night for several years after. That show was awesome, the power went out mid set because lightning struck the church on Waterloo st just up the street. Crazy night that was! Thanks for playing Summer, that's still my favorite Sum 41 tune to this day!

Im not sure if I can express the healing these videos are bringing to my teenage self. Its super weird. Sum 41 have always been my absolute favourite band up to Underclass Hero. Seeing all of this brings a weird peace to me, knowing that my idols are actually just people who started and struggled like all of us. I saw you at Wembley Arena back in 2001 I think it was. Great video sir - you can tell how much enjoyment you get playing these songs years on (Summer has always been a banger to be fair) - captivating storytelling as well. Always a must watch - here's to the next one!
I like these anecdotes so much because I relate. I'm 43, played punk rock with friends at the same age as Sum41 in late 90's. And we did a lot of these silly videos about non sense and humour.

Loved this video Stevo, thanks for sharing your very earliest memories of the band and shows and filling in the earliest pages of Sum 41 history for us. The play through of Summer was fantastic, always been one of my favourites. You look as happy as Larry, if Larry was euphorically high on something
Steveo, sorry for being a broken record here but these videos are wonderful. Aside from the awesome drumming and excellent production, hearing these behind-the-scenes stories of Sum41 are so great and brings me lot of joy. I've seen those homemade videos so many times and it's so cool to hear what was going on with the band as they were being made. Keep them coming!! Would also love to know more about the filming of Going, Going, Gonorrhea. I watched that because it came with my copy of DTLI (which, to this day, I still listen to from cover to cover. My favorite album of all time). I've probably watched the entire thing over 100x. Thanks again so much for these videos. They are excellent in so many ways. Keep it up!!!

Love seeing you talk about the early days of the band. I randomly watched the Sum41 MTV Campus Invasion yesterday which is on RUclips - that could be a good one to see you react to. Some good shenanigans at a McDonald's, tour bus, and you messing with a cop.
I love this content dude I remember hearing fat lip on the radio for the first time. My parents were like really conservative 90s Christians. Great people but you know, buying our music at the Christian book store. My dad asks me to varnish these shelves for him in the shop under our house. So I’m down there varnishing, doors closed, no ventilation. Getting my 13 year old self accidentally high probably lol, and doing a shitty job varnishing. But I think, there’s a radio in here.
