Alot of people tend to either go straight for your description for Coords OR they only visually watch the video and look on the map without Coords. if might pay to keep ur map open to show where your standing at those locations where the clue is for just like 3-5 seconds. That way you gain more engagement on your video in the moments where people are following where to go visually.

I believe the feather was moved just around the corner and not by the shipyard phasing area. I was able to get the feather and I have a level 3 shipyard. TomTom 42/68
The bug might've been fixed. I've got the max garrison and shipyard and while I was flying around to find the phasing border, I found the feather just sitting on a rock within sight of the shipyard.
Iam using my toon thats NEVER built a garrison I DO have the tou BUT CAN NOT USE IT!! So I had to goto Storm wind then use portal to ashran i belive. Then from there flew to Spires. So not hard but why i have a toy i cant use lol. ALSO cape of unity guild guy in Stormwind has them IF u have high enough trp an guild. Check into it CAPR OF UNITY
To use the toy you must start a garrison. Talk to a mage in the ramp of the tower that will send you to the Dark Portal. Don't pick up any quest and talk to nobody. Just fly right through the portal and you will skip all intro quests. So, clean the terrain, do six simple quests (until barracks) and you can use the toy.

@@RedCloud I agree. I don't have an addon that tells me coordinates, so I just go by where you are on the map.
Another way to get to Draenor without the hearthstone is through the Ashran portal in Org/Stormwind!

One work around for the Horde bug is to group with someone who does NOT have a garrison / shipyard. It worked for me.

About to do this as the 2 pirate quests aren't showing for me. Really frustrated as I'm gonna be missing VERY important quests for the achievements.
try doing those on alts, theyre not gated by previous completion.
