Cool. The guy going mi, mi, mi reminds me of the Road Runner ;) FYI, the person who asked about the Do, Re, Mi, etc. The pronunciation of the solfege syllables changes when accidentals (sharps and flats) are used. From Wikipedia: ..with a chromatic scale of ascending di, ri, fi, si, li and descending te, le, se, me, ra
Hehe nice tune. I wish our ear training was like that at Cambridge... it was a darn sight harder. Everyone has to do keyboard skills in their first year - these include transposing at sight a tone up or down (or semitone), harmonize a melody at sight, realization of figured bass at sight. In comparison, this sounds a bit like GCSE music. But well done, if it was murdered a little bit. A lot.
holy crap how did you guys do that without looking at music or even a cheat sheet? Once you learn the solfege does it become second nature to hear the solfege syllables automatically when you hear the notes?
i'm studying music right now. doing ear training ! It's SO hard ! this takes a lot of dedication to do this
Wow, you can really appriciate how great miles solo is when blended with voices like this. Great job.
OMG the memories this brings back. :)
