  • Fresh on the back of his recent airgunning escapades, Mark Ripley heads back onto the rabbits armed with his trusty CZ rimfire in the latest episode of The Shooting Show. With the latest thermal kit, spotting the rabbits is simple and Mark is soon able to get on top of the booming numbers in his area.
Then Stuart Eborall joins forces with Leon Challis-Davies, also in pursuit of rabbits. After successfully managing to bag a few for the pot, Lean cooks up the catch using inspiration from an A La King sauce with a crispy potato rosti and wild mushrooms.

So enjoyable to watch as Mark fills the game bag with those pest ( delicious ) rabbits, and then to see Stuart and Leon serving them up. Looks very tasty, but for me, not breakfast, maybe dinner!

Lovely permission Mark has there. What a view.
And "disabled shooter"...?!?! I think we'd all love to be half as good as Mark behind the trigger!

Alright mark, topclass as usual, but please please please, some footage of that new element helix hdlr or baby titan you have.its probably 1 of the most affordable scopes you have.a more affordable and realistic option for most I'd say.for the quality and price im guessing there hard to beat

They are superb 👍 I was actually using the Titan in a rabbit video on shooting & country tv this month 😉👍

@260rips oh I was on that video straight away.yeh for me there's nothing like yhe range of element scopes and they seem to launch a new type nearly every year.i have 2 heilx's meself but am torn between the titan 3-18x50 or the new helix hdlr. Which would you prefer out of those 2.Matt Dubber says the glass quality is similar in both,

Not impressed with the two fat lads, that shot at 20.10 with the house behind was a potential disaster as the Irish gunslinger Rick O'shea would have said. Mark was perfect as usual.

Dont like shooting rabbits with a house in the background also I wonder how long it would take him to gut say 80 to 100 pair like I used to trap in the seventies! Emtpying the bladder - what a waste of time!
