ये जो बात बोली जाती है की कोर्ट के अंदर कानून में जैसे लिखा है वैसे काम नही होता ये बात कोई भी वकील कोर्ट के अंदर जज के सामने नही बोलेंगे क्योकी अगर बोला तो जज तुरंत कहेगा की आप सही तरह से कानून में लिखें तरीके से हमे करवाई के लिये दीजिये हम करेंगे ओर अगर निचली अदालत उस पर करवाई नही करती है तो फिर अपीलीय कोर्ट देखती है लेकिन कोई लिखित तो दे चाहे 340 हो या पुलिसवालों के पद के दुरूपयो का मामला हो लिखित नही देते वकील इस लिये करवाई नही होती लिखित देंना तो दूर पुलिसवालों की तो रिपोर्ट जिसमे गलतिया ही गलतिया होती है 498a में उसे बोल कर भी नही बताते जज को अब आप सभी लोग समझ लो क्या खेल है जब की ज्यादातर dv और 125 में उसी रिपोर्ट का हवाला दिया जाता है क्योकी 498a लम्बा चलता है रिपोर्ट के आधार पर खत्म नही हुआ होता तो इसलिये उसे सही मानते हुये इंटरिम भी लग जाता है 125 की डेट जल्दी जल्दी लगती है 498a की डेट लम्बी लम्बी ली जाती है कोर्ट को चाहिये की इंटरिम बांधते ही एक एक महीने की ज्यादा से ज्यादा 3 डेट दे एविडेन्स के लिए लड़की को और एविडेन्स ना देने पर लड़की को 100 गुना ज्यादा जुर्माना लगाये साथ ही झूठ बोल कर कोर्ट का समय भी बर्बाद करने के लिये कम से कम 1 शाल की जेल करे झूठी लड़की को 🙏🙏

In mentioned case , party must have filed 91 and 340 crpc both... to achieve target of bringing her concealed financials as well as upon said records , 340 would have got established automatically...
